Here is the soup/chowder recipe that has become very popular here. You may have to click on the picture for the large version to see the print well enough. Then you can save the picture by right clicking it to save having to write the recipe down. I added a can of baby clams and a bag of small frozen shrimp(no shells of course). The recipe comes from "Stone Soup Recipes" from the First Baptist Church New London NH. Cassandra was given the recipe book after she gave a speech there about her trips to Honduras and the pure water program, (I think). I have also posted a picture of the finished seat for the yellow birch chair......The horizontal lines were supposed to be close together but it still has the right effect. I have some nice stripped soft maple that I might try making a chair out of next. One of these days I will have to try and sell one instead of giving them away or keeping them!!
